Weekly Round Up
We have had another enjoyable week of learning at Swainswick Church School, with the children continuing to settle into their routines and making the most of the opportunities to learn, explore and grow together.
We are delighted to share that Friday morning Celebration Assemblies will be returning to Swainswick Church after half term and we are also pleased to have secured dates for our Harvest Service at Woolley Church. We look forward to sharing these special occasions with our school community and celebrating together. More information to follow soon.
A gentle reminder, please, to keep the zig-zag road markings at the front of school clear of parked cars. These markings are an important safety measure and help families cross safely at the beginning and end of the school day. Thank you for helping us to keep everyone safe.

Important Dates
Reception Parent Check-ins: Monday 28th & Tuesday 29th September
Appointments will be available to book via Arbor. Sessions will run from 3:30–5:30pm, with 10-minute appointments.
Harvest Service at Woolley: Tuesday 20th October
We will leave school at 9:00am. The service begins at 9:45am and we expect to return to school by approximately 11:15am.
Celebration Assembly at Swainswick Church: Friday 6th of November then every Friday from 9:00am, unless otherwise specified.
Parents evening: Week commencing 16th November.
Appointments will be available to book via Arbor in due course. Sessions will run on Monday and Tuesday, 3:45–6:00pm, with 10-minute appointments.
Please note: Parent Check-ins are for the morning class groups — Apple, Hazel and Oak.
Infant Nativity (Reception–Year 2):
Monday 7th December at 2:30pm and Tuesday 8th December at 9:00am.
Christmas Service at Swainswick Church: Tuesday 15th December at 9:00am
