Weekly Roundup
It’s been a great week. Shuffle up day took place on Thursday, where children got to spend time in their new classes. There were some lovely get to know you activities- one class told two truths and a lie, and everyone had to guess what was true and what was a lie. This sparked some exciting and lively discussion! Red Kites spent time learning about the red kite in the afternoon and produced some beautiful artwork- we are looking forward to seeing this displayed in September.

Summer Fair
Wow! What a fantastic event! Huge thanks to Friends for arranging, for everyone who helped in advance and on the day to pull the event together and everyone who attended. Highlights included the tomblola, craft stalls, candyfloss machine, tin can game run by Evie, face painting, guess the staff member from their baby pictures, bash the rat, coconut shy and of course the cafe and raffle! The weather couldn't have been better and we had a great time, raising a whopping £842.78!

They have shown an incredible amount of empathy for the character and have produced some wonderfully creative and imaginative stories. We are so impressed with their descriptive language and thoughtful ideas, and we can't wait
