Tooth decay investigation
This week in Science, Hazel and the class carried out a fascinating experiment to explore how different drinks can affect our teeth. Since we couldn’t use real teeth, we used eggs instead—their shells are made of calcium, just like tooth enamel! We tested six liquids: water, juice, squash, tea, cola, and milk . Each egg was placed in one of these drinks and left for a few days. Here’s what we discovered: Water – No change at all! A great reminder that water is the best drink

Exercise in Apple
Apple class have been investigating how exercise affects our bodies. In Maths, our new topic is multiplication, and we started by learning about arrays. Well do

Weekly Roundup
And just like that, it’s half term! On Tuesday, we had a brilliant time at Woolley Church for our Harvest Festival service. The walk across the valley to and from the church was a great opportunity to be together, chat and enjoy our local environment. One parent commented how it felt like a lovely migration across the valley, watching the children play and talk as we went. At the Church, we were blown away by the children's contributions of singing, sharing harvest poems and
