A week of fun in Apple!
We have continued with our art topic 'Insects' by making amazing clay sculptures.
In science, we conducted an experiment to see how water is transported around a plant, using food dye. We found that the blue food dye had the biggest impact and the leaf looked amazing! We also went on a leaf hunt around the school and thought about why different trees have different leaves.
In geography, we thought about the climate of a rainforest and the year 2/3 wrote some wonderful weather forecasts!
Finally, reception have worked hard in phonics and compared the mass of objects using our balance scales. We had lots of fun!
