Whales and Dolphin Conservation

As part of our whole school project 'Under the Sea' Sharon Stevenson, from the Whales and Dolphin Conservation, visited the school last week to give a talk to the children about the varied and beautiful world of whales and dolphins. The children were fascinated to handle the artefacts, learn about the mammals and also the dangers that they face.

Raising awareness is key.The school council are currently meeting next week to discuss what the school can do to help. They will be having a further meeting with Sharon later in term 5.
