It's been a busy week, full of investigations, swimming and special visitors!
In assembly, we continued to think about our Christian value, perseverance. We discussed how when something seems challenging, we can break it down into smaller, more manageable steps to help us get started. We reflected on any challenges that we are currently facing and what our first step could be. Remember, a journey won't start without that first step.
A message from Mrs Simmons
Whilst I haven't been able to be on the gate this week, it has been brilliant to be back in school after being absent last week and lovely to see you. I'll look forward to seeing you all on the gate soon. We've had lots going on this week with swimming, forest school, learning and a visit from our Trust CEO (Nikki Edwards) and Deputy CEO (Rachel Morgan) on Wednesday. Edwin, Tomos and Fleur did a wonderful job of showing our visitors around the school, and it was so nice to hear one of the highlights they chose to share how inclusive our school is. Nikki and Rachel both commented on the wonderful atmosphere in school, and said that Swainswick was a wonderful place to be 🙂 What a great start to the term!
