It’s been great to welcome families into school this week for our parents evenings, and share with you the brilliant learning the children have been doing this term. Thank you for joining us. This week in assembly, we continued our discussions about this term’s value of thankfulness. We thought about things which gifts or items which are precious to us and how we might feel if we lost them. We then watched a video retelling of the Bible story, ‘The Lost Coin’, and considered what the message of this story was. We decided it was about being thankful for what you have been given, to look after things carefully and to remember that any gift given is someone’s way of letting you know that person is thankful for you.
