Weekly Roundup

It’s been a busy week! We’ve had Hazel and Oak class trip to Stonehenge, Oak class Celts day and forest school! We’ve been having so much fun in the sunshine, and have been really enjoying our learning.

Mrs Simmons, Mr Griggs and Mrs Boyce went to our Trust Academy Leaders Day on Monday, which was focussed on better supporting children who have special educational needs or are experiencing disadvantage. We heard from an Educational Psychologist, and spent time with colleagues working to plan next steps. Our learning from this day is already having an impact on our practice within school.

We have added some upcoming dates below for Oak class and Hazel class performances, which will be taking place at school. Oak class have started reading their script already, and Hazel will be finding out their play shortly. Very exciting!

“She has really benefited from the different ages mixing, she often talks of the older children.

We feel all the staff know her, which is so special.”
