It’s a bumper edition of the roundup this week! We held our Spring Concert on Tuesday- it was just magical to hear all of the children performing in the beautiful Swainswick church. Everyone did fantastically, and we were treated to a range of performances, including singing, instrumental performances and even a piece including technology! To see pictures, click here.
Today, we’ve shared a wonderful walk across the Valley before coming together for our Easter Service in Woolley church. The children did brilliantly, sharing a British Sign Language version of ‘Spring Chicken’ in addition to Easter poems and prayers. We thought about Easter as a time of new beginnings, and shared some of the new beginnings we have been experiencing. Click here to see pictures.

Apple and Oak: Children in Apple and Oak class came together to hold a Swainswick Grand Prix. To see pictures, please click here.

Governor Vacancies: Currently, we are looking to recruit three more volunteers to join our Trust Local Committee (TLC). TLC members work closely with the school leaders to help ensure that the school provides the best possible education for all pupils. They do not typically get involved in the day-to-day running of the school, but play a vital strategic role. TLC members come from a range of backgrounds and bring a variety of skills and experiences to the role. This helps ensure that decisions are well informed and made in the best interests of the pupils and the wider school community.
