In Oak Class this week, the children had a fantastic time at the Tag Rugby Festival at Avon RFC. Swainswick were awarded a trophy in recognition of their enthusiasm to play and sportsmanship. Throughout the tournament, the children showed incredible teamwork with many children offering to play extra games as subs to make up the team numbers. Well done Oak Class, you truly deserve this fantastic recognition.
This year, the children experienced something new – walking back up the hill to school after the festival. An impressive achievement for all showing how super fit the children are. And we couldn't have done it without our amazing parents who supported the walks - your encouragement kept us moving! Thank you. A special shout-out goes to the two parents who stayed to cheer, organise, and make the day extra special. Your efforts were noticed and appreciated by everyone!
