Science week in Apple

For Science Week, Apple have been focusing on the topic 'Plants'.

We have had great fun exploring what plants need to grow, investigating what is inside a seed/bulb, dissecting a flower, and thinking how plants have adapted to survive in different environments.

On Friday, the children worked hard to explore 3-D shapes.

Reception children have also continued to have fun in maths and drawing club, based on our book 'Shh, we have a plan', by making their own bird nests.
