In English, Hazel Class have been continuing their narrative writing from the perspective of the timid, quiet fox. So far, the children have written about the problem and the challenge faced by the fox, and next they will be focusing on the resolution. They have shown an incredible amount of empathy for the character and have produced some wonderfully creative and imaginative stories. We are so impressed with their descriptive language and thoughtful ideas, and we can't wait to share their finished pieces with you soon.

Following the same theme, we have also been busy creating some "not-so-secret" bunting! The children have worked hard designing and making decorations inspired by our story, which will become part of the stage decorations for our upcoming production. We are looking forward to seeing their hard work on display and helping to bring the story to life

“She has really benefited from the different ages mixing, she often talks of the older children.

We feel all the staff know her, which is so special.”
