Hazel updates

Hazel class have had such a lovely week, despite the rainy weather! We are making fantastic progress in maths and have been exploring hundredths, looking at them both as decimals and fractions – the children have been working really hard.

In Science, we’ve had some brilliant and thoughtful discussions about how we can reduce the amount of plastic we use. A big well done and thank you to those children who were brave enough to have their packed lunches looked at under scrutiny – you were superstars!

The photos show our successful practice with lever making, which everyone really enjoyed. Lots of great teamwork and creativity on display!

“She has really benefited from the different ages mixing, she often talks of the older children.

We feel all the staff know her, which is so special.”
