Welcome back to a new term!
We have started our new topic 'What a wonderful world' by focusing on our new class text 'We are water protectors' and wrote some super poems. Linked to this, we completed a science investigation about saving water. We found that if we left the tap on while we washed our hands, we used 3.5l of water compared to just 500ml if we turned the tap off! What a difference!
In Maths we have continued to work on fractions (year 2), shapes (Reception) and position and directions (year 1).
We have also had great fun with our art topic 'Earth art', creating animal art out of leaves.
