What an unusual weather week it's been! From heat to storms, it's been a week like no other. Thank you all for your support with keeping cool in school- sunhats, water bottles and suncream have made a big difference. Rehearsals for Pirates of the Curry Bean are in full swing in Oak Class, and the children have thrown themselves into the process with brilliant enthusiasm. Rehearsals for “Pirates of the Curry Bean” are underway, and Oak Class has made a wonderful start. The children are learning their lines with enthusiasm, singing with confidence and using impressive dance moves. Enthusiasm and teamwork are shining through – well done, everyone. And reflecting back, what a fantastic way Oak finished off Term 5. Year 6 made the most of their post-SATs choclate fountain celebration and enjoyed a trip into Bath where they put real-life skills

Apple class have been lucky enough to work with the year 5 children today! We had lots of fun, from sharing books and supporting each other in maths to producing some amazing mandalas in art using natural materials. The year 5 children were such a wonderful help and we loved having them!
